How fast will I get a response after submitting the form?
All inquiries received during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM GMT+8) are answered within 12 business hours by a dedicated sales engineer. Inquiries submitted on weekends are addressed first thing Monday morning.
Can I request physical samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We offer digital samples (1–2 days), offset printed samples (~3 days), and full prototypes. Sample charges may apply depending on complexity, and are typically refunded against your first bulk order.
What information should I include in my inquiry?
To receive the most accurate quote, please include: (1) box dimensions or product specs, (2) target quantity, (3) preferred materials or finishing, (4) destination country, and (5) any artwork files or reference photos. Don't worry if you don't have everything — we'll guide you through.
Do you accept small or trial orders?
Yes. While our standard MOQ is 500 units for rigid boxes and folding cartons, we accommodate smaller trial runs for select formats like corrugated mailers and kraft paper bags. Contact us with your specific requirements.
